  • The opportunity that I made
  • I make this page of "the Japanese alphabet(i-ro-ha) for Calligraphy" for oneself while writing about my dog(kura-san) when I have begun to learn Calligraphy.
I think of my dog which died more than 16 years old in summer of 2014 and renewed a page.
The pictures of my dog places it in the Japanese page.
"TARA"of Yorkshire terrier became the member of my family in September, 2015.
    He is 5-year-old male.

Please let me briefly explain about the writing instruments.

  • This is my worn-out tool.

    explain tool

  • I am ashamed of the introduction of my worn-out tool, but write it with such a tool.
A stone upon which water is poured and an inkstick is rubbed to produce ink, called inkstone.Brushes come in various sizes and qualities.
When I choose a slender writing brush when I write the cursive style and write the square style, I choose a bold writing brush.
We use the calligraphy paper. The paper has the thing that size and feel of a material are unique, and there are handmade high-quality paper and the cheap paper of the mass production.
But I think that the use of the tool is not decided by the difference in production intention of the good painter.
